With no rain forecast at Kempton on Sunday, we decided not to run Picanha in the novice hurdle.  We will look for other options in the coming weeks and it will be great to get this promising bumper winner on the track for his jumping debut.

Looking forward to Champions Day tomorrow at Ascot with some great contests lined up.  Hopefully the ground will ride better than in recent years and with an exciting jockeys championship between Oisin Murphy and William Buick, the whole afternoon will be a celebration of British flat racing.

Looking forward to my assistant Hannah Gregory riding in a charity race at Wincanton next Sunday 24th.  She is raising money for Racing Welfare on Just Giving and also has a raffle to enter.  More details here: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/hannahgregory92?fbclid=IwAR04nGsfcVJLkLh6TOheIdgirZYkTcjfbUkb4-htBAGMI7AsuWtJsK1BMZo
